At Sherrards Employment Law we are fully committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for all our staff to be truly representative of all sections of society and our clients, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best.

In providing legal services, HR support and Employment Law Training to other organisations we are also fully committed against unlawful discrimination of clients, or the public.

As required by our regulator we monitor the make-up of our staff members regarding information such as age, sex, ethnic background, sexual orientation, religion or belief, and disability and encourage equality, diversity and inclusion and report accordingly.
